Staff Writer This year, the Bonneville girls jv and varsity soccer team had one of the best seasons that they have ever had. Bonneville’s head coach for both the junior varsity and varsity girls teams is Amy Hair. The girls have been trying their hardest this year to improve.They have been doing their best to win their games against other high schools. On August 23rd, the JV and varsity played Rigby High School and won 3-2. Bonneville High School played against Hillcrest on September 2nd and won 8-1. On September 6th, BHS played Shelly, and the Bees won 2-1; two days later, they played Idaho Falls High School and tied 2-2. On October 20th, the Bees played Pocatello High School and won 2-1; the next day Bonneville played Shelly High School and won 4-1. The Bees played Skyline on October 13th, and they swept the field with a score of 4-0. Bonneville High School placed in the top 50% of all schools in Idaho, which is 6th place. After reviewing their scores, Bonneville High School girls varsity had an impressive soccer season. The girls did amazing and are doing their best to make it to state. The Bonneville High School Jv and Varsity Soccer team has been improving, and they have been doing good at their games. They won some and lost some, but the games they lost did not stop them from growing. The team keeps working harder and harder to make it to state. It does not matter how much our soccer girls lose because they just keep improving. This year, Bonneville’s JV and varsity tried their hardest to make it to the top of the scoreboard and they did their best at state; they got 6th place, which is not a bad score. What makes it better is that they worked their hearts out to earn that place. The BHS soccer season this year has shown most people that Bonneville has tried their hardest, and they have done great this season because of their scores. The students at BHS are very proud of this year's girls varsity and JV soccer season.
