Griffin Moeller is a senior at Bonneville High School. He has been in
The Bonneville Buzz for two years now and Griffin speaking with The Buzz today allowed people to get to know more about him. Griffin does not play sports, but if he had to choose a sport he would choose basketball because it is an inside sport rather than outside.

After high school, Griffin would like to go to Brigham Young University-Idaho to pursue writing. If he could choose to teach a class, he would teach journalism or English. He also thinks history would be interesting to teach, although in Griffin's opinion, he is better at English than history. According to Griffin, his favorite class this year would be “Journalism because I really enjoy the environment, the people, and I think I'm good at writing.”
Griffin has a strong passion for writing. “When I was younger, I really enjoyed making stories and comics. In eighth grade, my history class wrote scary stories on Halloween. My teacher was so impressed with my piece that he had me read it to his teacher. That's when I knew that I should pursue writing.” When Griffin entered high school, he knew what he wanted to do and what classes to take.
Griffin was born in Idaho Falls. He is the youngest in his house; he has two older brothers, one is 22 and the other is 20. Griffin does not enjoy cooking. He would rather leave it up to his mom. If he has to choose a favorite food it would be very difficult. “There are too many foods to choose from,” says Griffin. Aside from food and his family, his favorite movie is Knives Out. He loves the plot; it is also very intelligent and the actors are amazing. When Griffin does read, his go-to is the Lord of the Flies. He really enjoyed the story and how disturbing it was.
Griffin’s parents are both teachers. While he was growing up, they always taught him how to treat others with respect, no matter who they were. His mindset has changed the way he is in school and with his schoolwork. The way Griffin's parents raised him has given him a lot of insight on how the world should be. Griffin wants to make many changes in the world and to make it a better environment.
